This flexibility allows us to provide 1st line support to both our partners and their customers or we can assist existing helpdesks by offering 2nd /3rd line support to complement the support already being provided.

 

Utilising "CallOpen", our in-house developed online Helpdesk Portal, our helpdesk is able to fully manage and track every call that is logged with us.  CallOpen also provides our partners with instant access to their customers call history allowing them to review the service provided at any time.

Backed up by our consultancy team our helpdesk operates using only engineers and not generic call centre operators allowing our partners and customers to gain access to support as soon as possible.

Online Applications (CallOpen.co.uk) - CallOpen is our in-house designed and built Helpdesk portal which has been designed to provide an easy to use online interface to any helpdesk. A key aspect of running a helpdesk is the ability for the helpdesk manager to keep track of calls and the progress on them, CallOpen has been designed to do just that.

By utilising CallOpen as your helpdesk you have the ability to instantly provide your customers with an online interface to your helpdesk.
